We source the required components from the watch manufacturers themselves to ensure that when the watch is returned to you, it’s just like the brand itself intended it to be.
You may need a new leather strap, you may want to replace your damaged metallic bracelet, or you may want to switch between the two types. Rauby Watch Company will take care of it for you. If we don’t have the bracelet or strap required, we’ll place an order for it and ensure that you get the replacement you desire.
